Search Firm and Staffing Agency Fee Agreements
Beginning August 2020, Greenberg Traurig has initiated national fee agreements, for all search firms. If your search firm has a fee agreement with our firm that predates to August 2020, it is now inactive. Please contact your local GT Representative to sign a new agreement.
Per our Mandatory Submission Process, we will not accept candidate submissions from search firms without a current agreement in place. You must direct any contact regarding a candidate’s application to the recruitment contact listed. Candidate submissions sent directly to any of our attorneys (even with a current agreement in place) will not be accepted or considered as a submission under GT’s process. Complete submissions must be made concurrently through the submission process in order to be accepted or considered. Further, we do not consider any candidate submissions in which the candidate is not identified by name and they will not be considered as a submission under GT’s process, regardless of whether there is a current agreement in place. Of course, you must be the first source to have submitted the candidate for consideration and will not be entitled to a commission if the candidate has already been presented to GT by him/herself or someone else, internally or externally, including, but not limited to, any internal referral or introduction.
Associate, Practice Group Attorneys, and Professional Staff Submissions
Preapproved search firms and staffing agencies will have access to register and logon to our online portal to submit candidates for Non-Shareholders and Professional Staff positions for which GT has authorized an agency to assist with a search. Once you have submitted your candidate through the Mandatory Submission Process, please contact the local GT Representative to confirm receipt of materials.
Shareholder & Of Counsels Submissions
For submission of Shareholder & Of Counsel candidates, please contact your local GT Representative responsible for Shareholder recuriting or refer to the Contacts list on this page.
Recently, we have taken the next step in advancing our strong commitment to diversity by pledging to pursue certification under the Mansfield Rule. In accordance with our Mansfield Rule effort, we require you submit candidate’s name and personal email address when completing the online submission process. The candidate’s contact information will then solely be used to distribute a voluntary self-identification form.
