Israel Export Institute and Greenberg Traurig Enter Cooperation Agreement

The Israel Export Institute has recently entered into a cooperation agreement
with the law firm of Greenberg Traurig. The agreement calls for the firm
to provide complimentary legal counsel in the areas of corporate and securities,
intellectual property, telecommunications, information technology and dispute
resolution to the organization’s members that seek to do business in the
U.S.
Under the agreement, Greenberg Traurig’s attorneys will also facilitate
business introductions to IEI members.
Greenberg Traurig is ranked as the 20th largest law firm in
the United States and has 20 offices in key commercial and business centers
in the United States and Europe. Among others, the firm represented President
George W. Bush during his election campaign, and is politically well connected.
The firm has an extensive IPO practice. Equity One of Gazit Globe group
is among the firm’s Israeli clients.
