Bar Immigration and Nationality Law Certification Committee
MIAMI, FL -- May 8, 2002 --
Oscar Levin, a shareholder
and co-chair of Greenberg Traurig LLP’s immigration department, has been
appointed chair of The Florida Bar Immigration and Nationality Law Certification
Committee for the 2002-2003 year. The committee’s primary function is to
develop exams, applications and guidelines for the state’s board certification
program.

A board certified attorney in immigration and nationality law, Levin
focuses his practice on business immigration issues. He represents numerous
multinational companies in visa matters and cross-border employee transfers.
Levin is active in providing pro bono services to the greater South Florida
community. He has lectured throughout the United States, Europe and Asia
on immigration and nationality subjects, and has served as a speaker and
author at Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education and national American Immigration
Lawyers Association Programs.
