Greenberg Traurig Adds Attorneys In Tysons Corner Office
TYSONS CORNER, VA -- September 4, 2002 -- Greenberg Traurig LLP today
announced two attorneys have joined its Tysons Corner, Va., office.
Dorn C. McGrath joins as a shareholder
in the government contracts practice and Elizabeth Weber joins as an of
counsel in the labor and employment practice.

Dorn McGrath focuses his practice in the areas of administrative and
public contracting law. He has handled matters before a variety of regulatory
agencies and state and federal courts. He is also experienced in matters
of affirmative action, defective pricing, federal cost principles and government
contractor liability. He is the author of numerous publications on constitutional
and public contract law. McGrath holds a law degree from George Washington
University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College.
Elizabeth Weber focuses her practice on compensation and benefits issues
that impact employers. She most recently led the national compensation and
benefits tax practice of KPMG. Before being named national director, she
led the firm’s mid-Atlantic practice, where she reviewed more than 300 retirement
programs and counseled clients on complex tax and consulting issues related
to employee benefit plans. She has also worked for a regional benefits-consulting
firm. She also worked as a tax law specialist at the Internal Revenue Service
and with the Benefits Review Board of the U.S. Department of Labor. She
holds a law degree from George Mason University.
