Enterprise Network, Inc. Names New President
Quinn Williams to lead prominent Arizona business organization
PHOENIX, AZ -- August 30, 2002 -- Enterprise Network, Inc., a non-profit
organization established to promote and support entrepreneurship in Arizona,
recently elected Greenberg Traurig, LLP shareholder
Quinn P. Williams as its new
president.

As president, Williams is responsible for providing direction for the
organization’s future by building upon the services it provides and continuing
to generate awareness of the organization in fulfillment of its mission.
In addition, he will facilitate the group’s programs, which include forums,
seminars, business showcase opportunities, roundtables and various other
initiatives that assist the entrepreneur.
“Quinn is recognized as a major proponent of technology and small business
in Arizona and his election as President of Enterprise Network is in line
with his experience and commitment to the state’s business community,” said
Jeffrey H. Verbin, managing shareholder
of Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office.
Williams serves as chair of the Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix Emerging
Business and Venture Capital Group. He has an extensive background in representing
emerging and public entrepreneurial companies primarily in software, financial
services, semiconductor, distribution and real estate industries. Additionally
he has a vast amount of experience in dealing with private and public financings,
strategic and acquisition transactions. Williams routinely counsels board
of directors on compliance and corporate governance issues under the new
law.
Williams, who is Greater Phoenix Economic Council Immediate Past Chair,
has served on numerous community organizations, including High Tech Industry
Cluster and the Governor’s Regulatory Review Commission. He currently serves
as a member of the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce
and the Governor’s Small Business Executive Council. He has founded several
local and national professional organizations including Arizona Technology
Incubator (ASU) and the Arizona Venture Capital Conference for which he
received the Ernst & Young Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year award.
