Daniel D. Gordon Joins Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago Office
CHICAGO, IL -- May 18, 2004 -- The international law firm of Greenberg
Traurig LLP announced today that
Daniel D. Gordon has joined
the firm as a shareholder in the Corporate and Securities Department in
the Chicago office. Gordon has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating
a wide range of complex corporate transactions with a particular emphasis
on representing private equity funds in leveraged buy-out transactions and
fund formations. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Gordon was a partner
at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Mr. Gordon earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A, magna
cum laude, from Yale University.
