Joseph A. Herz Joins Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate & Securities Department

NEW YORK, NY -- August 24, 2004 -- The international law firm Greenberg
Traurig, LLP announced today that
Joseph A. Herz has joined the firm as
a Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities Department in the New York
office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Herz was a partner at Morrison
& Foerster LLP. Mr. Herz has broad corporate transactional experience across
a wide range of corporate finance matters including securities and capital
markets, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representations
and bankruptcy and restructurings.
