“I have long been a supporter of women’s issues and women’s rights,” says Schepler. “Working with Fresh Start is a wonderful opportunity to help a segment of the population that needs our attention – these are mothers, wives, sisters and daughters that all of us can identify with. I am honored to be working on their behalf.”

The Men’s Board supports the Foundation by focusing on fundraising. The group’s signature event is the annual Fresh Start Charity Golf Classic, which raised more than $250,000 for the organization last year. This year’s event will be held on November 11th at the Starfire Country Club in Scottsdale.

Schepler received his law degree from Arizona State University in 1999, after earning undergraduate degrees in English and Women’s Studies. Before attending college, he was a law-enforcement specialist in the United States Air Force. His practice currently focuses on commercial litigation.
