Greenberg Traurig Adds Five Attorneys to Houston Office

HOUSTON, TX-- April 18, 2006 -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced today the addition of four associates to the firm’s Houston office. Paul Jonathan Brown and Lionel C. Martin join the firm’s Litigation practice while Dwight Dewayne Nichols, Natalie L. Regoli and Brooke A. Spence join the Corporate and Securities practice. With the addition of these attorneys, the firm’s Houston office has grown from two to 24 attorneys in less than one year.

Brown’s practice is focused on Litigation, Antitrust and Commercial Law. He earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University. Brown joins the firm from King & Spalding, LLP.

Martin’s practice is focused on commercial disputes and complex litigation, along with labor and employment matters. Prior to his civilian law practice, he successfully prosecuted numerous cases as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Army. Martin earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Nichols’ practice is focused on Corporate and Securities, International Law and Energy Finance. He earned both a J.D. from and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. Nichols joins the firm from Locke Liddell & Sapp, LLP.

Regoli’s practice is focused on Corporate and Securities as well as Energy and Natural Resources. She assists with corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities and energy matters. Regoli earned a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. Regoli joins the firm from Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP.

Spence’s focuses her practice on Corporate and Securities as well as Energy Finance. She earned her J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, from Texas A&M University. Spence joins the firm from Brin & Brin, P.C.
