Greenberg Traurig LLP Names Dennis J. Rasor a Shareholder in the Orange
County Office
COSTA MESA, CA -- January 12, 2006 -- The international law firm of Greenberg

Dennis Rasor has been named a Shareholder in the Orange County office.

Mr. Rasor concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and
commercial real property, including commercial and residential development,
leasing, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and SEC reporting. He
has significant experience in sophisticated corporate and real property
transactions; representing private and publicly traded companies, investors,
property developers, and landlords and tenants of all sizes.
Mr. Rasor serves as a member of the Orange County Bar Association, California
Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association. He also spends a portion
of his time conducting pro bono work within the community. He is currently
working with the Law Center, located in Orange County, CA, and has also
worked with the Easter Seals of Southern California.
