Greenberg Traurig Expands its New York Office and Real Estate
Practice With the Addition of Allison B. Rosenberg
NEW YORK, NY -- June 5, 2006 -- The international law firm Greenberg
Traurig, LLP announced today that
Allison B. Rosenberg
has joined its New York office as a Shareholder in the Real Estate
department. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ms. Rosenberg was
an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, and
at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where she operated out
of both the Tokyo and New York offices. Ms. Rosenberg represents
developers in acquisitions and joint ventures as well as such developers
and major investment banks, institutional lenders, borrowers, owners
and investors in negotiating and closing mortgage, mezzanine, construction,
condominium conversion, hotel and subscription and warehouse financings.
She also represents investors and opportunity funds in the negotiation
of management agreements and license agreements for large hotel
portfolios.
