Gregory W. Seibt Joins Greenberg Traurig

Jeffrey H. Verbin, managing
shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Phoenix office, is pleased to announce
that Gregory W. Seibt has
joined the firm’s litigation department as an associate.

Seibt’s practice is focused on commercial and construction litigation,
appellate advocacy and alternative dispute resolution in Arizona’s State
and Federal courts. He also assists businesses, financial institutions and
individuals with issues related to contract, business torts, major collections
and general commercial matters.
In addition to his litigation practice, Seibt is experienced in the areas
of bankruptcy, business reorganization and creditor’s rights, with a focus
on Chapter 11 restructuring work, non-bankruptcy business workouts and bankruptcy
related litigation.

Seibt earned a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College
of Law in 2001. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Utah
where he graduated, cum laude, with a B.S. in Political Science and,
magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Philosophy. He is a resident of Peoria.
