Greenberg Traurig Adds Environmental Shareholder Neal H. Weinfield
CHICAGO, IL -- February 20, 2006 -- The international law firm Greenberg
Traurig, LLP announced today that
Neal H. Weinfield has joined its Chicago
office as shareholder. Weinfield has more than 18 years of environmental
experience and joins the firm from Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLC, where he was
a member.
Weinfield focuses his practice on the defense of civil, criminal and
administrative enforcement actions brought under the full panoply of environmental,
health and safety laws. A member of the Federal Trial Bar, he actively litigates
a wide range of environmental matters. He counsels clients on regulatory
compliance and the environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions.
Weinfield also has broad experience in highly technical scientific matters,
including chemistry, physics, environmental fate and transport, geology,
hydrogeology, epidemiology and toxicology, and has a solid understanding
of economic and business principles and trends.

Weinfield earned his juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University School
