Tax Controversy Junior Associate  
The New York Office of Greenberg Traurig is seeking a 2nd-4th year associate to join our tax controversy practice. Tax LLM is preferred but not required. Candidates should have experience in civil and criminal federal and state tax controversies and litigation as well as proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service. Candidates must be admitted in New York.
IP Litigation (ANDA) Junior Associate  

The New York office of Greenberg Traurig has immediate openings for the Intellectual Property Litigation practice.

We are seeking junior (1st and 2nd year) associates with ANDA Litigation experience. Life science background is required. Candidates must have strong writing skills.

Corporate & Securities Finance Associate  

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Securities – Finance Associate in our New York office.

 

3-6 years of credit, banking and finance experience is desired. Ideal candidate should have substantial experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings, with experience in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and asset-based lending. Candidates should have experience drafting, reviewing and revising credit agreements, security agreements and closing deliverables, including secretary’s certificates, resolutions, schedules and exhibits. Experience in representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies would be beneficial.

 

Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product, and be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented, and admitted to the New York bar.

IP-IT Transactions Practice Group Attorney (Part-Time)  

The IP Transactions Practice is looking for a practice group attorney. This is a part-time position (50% time).

 

Must have 3-5 years of related experience. Focus on transactional intellectual property matters, including drafting and negotiating software and trademark license agreements, professional service agreements, development agreements, and nondisclosure and proprietary information agreements. Experience advising clients in connection with privacy, e-commerce and data security matters, including wide-ranging experience relating to website privacy policies and terms of use. Will also assist clients with technology and intellectual property aspects of joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Must be admitted to the NY bar. Remote work arrangement is possible once probation period has passed.
