Department of Justice Releases Antidiscrimination Guidance for Employers Following No-Match Rule Safe-Harbor Procedures

The Department of Justice recently released antidiscrimination guidance for employers following safe-harbor procedures set forth in the supplemental no-match rule.  For more information on the no-match rule please refer to the recent GT Alert.
