AILA's Comment to Proposed B Regulations

GT, Of Counsel Dawn Lurie served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) B-Regulations Comment team. She assisted in drafting the comment for the Department of Justice requesting that the proposed interim rule that would eliminate the minimum admission period of B-2 visitors for pleasure, reduce the maximum admission period of B-1 and B-2 visitors from one year to six months be amended.
