Additional Requirements for Certain Non-Immigrant Visa Applicants

The United States Department of State has issued a new form (Form DS-157) which must be completed and submitted by all male nonimmigrant visa applicants between the ages of 16 and 45. This requirement is effective immediately. The DS-157 is required for these applicants, regardless of nationality and regardless of where they apply. Please note that the DS-157 is required in addition to the usual DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application.
