New INS Regulations to Be Published Friday April 12, 2002

The INS has issued three press releases regarding the upcoming proposed rules that are due to be released on Friday April 12, 2002. The press releases explain the limitations that will be placed on individuals in visitor status as well as those individuals who have received final orders of removal.
