INS Issues Clarification on New Regulations

After receiving numerous inquiries, INS has issued a press release to clarify the new regulations regarding individuals in visitor status. The press release explains that all visitor visas will not automatically be limited to 30 days. The INS also indicates that all B visitors will not be barred from changing their status after entering the United States.
