INS On-Line Case Tracking Now Available

INS has recently implemented an on-line case tracking system. Individuals may check on the status of a case using the receipt number issued by INS. The on-line information provides a mechanism to obtain a case status without the long waits that are associated with calling INS.

The information is updated throughout the day. However, only the most recent action on the case will be available using the on-line system. The linked PDF file below lists the types of cases that may be checked using the on-line system. INS has provided a case status FAQ on the website with additional information.
