Personal Interviews for Nonimmigrant Visa Applicants at U.S. Consulates

Several consulates are now reporting that personal interviews will be scheduled and required for all nonimmigrant visa applications starting with student and exchange visitor visas (F, M and J) commencing no later than November 1. GT has also been informed by reliable sources that this requirement is expected to eventually include all nonimmigrant visa applicants at all U.S. consulates. GT will provide updates as new information is made available.
