INS Issues Foreign Travel Advisory for Aliens With Pending Immigration Applications

On November 14th the INS issued a foreign travel advisory for aliens with pending adjustment applications. The INS reminds individuals that paroles may be necessary for applicants to travel outside the U.S. The advisory further discusses the implications for those aliens that may be subject to a 3 or 10 year bar if they depart the United States.
