INS Notice in Arabic on Special Registration is Erroneous

The INS removed the Arabic language notice from its website due to a substantial error contained in the text of the notice. Specifically, the INS Arabic notice mistakenly instructed that the designated foreign nationals must comply with the Special Registration program if they “entered the United States legally on or AFTER September 30, 2002.” It should have instructed that the registration is required for those who entered on or BEFORE September 30, 2002.
