INS Lifts Temporary Hold on Adjustment of Status and Naturalization Applications

The INS has resumed processing to completion Adjustment of Status and Naturalization applications. There had been a temporary hold on final adjudications of Adjustment of Status and Naturalization applications due to problems with the FBI background check system. Those problems have been resolved and applications are now proceeding routinely.
