Editorial by the Last Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner Published in the Miami Herald

James Ziglar, the last Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner, published an editorial in the Miami Herald in which he called for the new Department of Homeland Security to “protect our borders while upholding our long held values” of serving immigrants and visitors.
