President Signs Legislation Permitting Electronic Completion and Storage of I-9 Forms

On October 30, 2004 President Bush signed a new law giving employers the option of completing and storing I-9 employment verification forms electronically. The I-9 form is used by all employers to verify employment eligibility of employees. Please see the previous newsflash for further details of the new legislation.
