PERM Made Available

GT has an advance copy of the PERM regulation--DOL's holiday present to the immigration community. The regulation is 322 pages long and will be published on December 27, 2004 in the Federal Register. Such an extensive regulation obviously will require significant review. We will post an analysis of the regulation as soon as possible. It is our understanding, however, that the DOL listened to the concerns expressed about many points of the proposed regulation.
