InfoPass System Currently Not Working

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that its InfoPass system is not working. InfoPass is a web-based appointment system implemented by USCIS throughout the U.S. to facilitate scheduling of appointments at local USCIS offices. This system is used to set appointment for a variety of matters including case inquiries, submitting additional documentation on pending cases and obtaining I-551 stamps. GT will provide updates on the InfoPass system once we have confirmed that it is available again.
