White House Issues Fact Sheet on Comprehensive Immigration Reform

The White House Office of Communications issued a Fact Sheet highlighting the immigration reform achievements of the Bush Administration to date and plans for future reform. It was reported that since Bush took office more then 6 million people have been sent home who entered illegally, over 12,000 agents have been added to Border Patrol and funding for immigration has increased 42%. Bush also continued to push for a Temporary Worker Program that would not be another amnesty program. GT will continue to provide updates and information as they become available.
