The Latest on the H1B Cap

USCIS has released the latest usage of the H1B quota for fiscal year 2007 (October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007). As of May 23, 2006, out of 58,200 available numbers for non-US grads, 45, 100+ petitions have already been received and/or approved. Out of 20,000 available numbers for US Grads, 5,500+ petitions have already been received and/or approved. GT will continue to provide updates and information as they become available.
