Three H-1Bs to be Revoked

USCIS Service Center Operations (SCOPS) has indicated that three cap-subject H-1B cases that were not selected in the "random selection" lottery conducted on May 26, 2006, were approved in error. Accordingly, these three employers will receive a letter from USCIS moving to revoke the approved H-1B petitions. Fees for these petitions will be refunded, but the petitions will be retained by USCIS should they determine later that there are additional cap numbers.
