Robert C. Divine to Step Down as United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Chief Counsel

USCIS Chief Counsel, Robert C. Divine, resigned effective November 17, 2006. Mr. Divine served USCIS since July of 2004 in various positions including Acting Director, Acting Deputy Director, most recently as Chief Counsel.

At this time, no replacement has been named. As more information becomes available, GT will keep you informed.
