The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Accepts Concurrent Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (I-140)/Adjustment of Status Application (I-485) Filings for Premium Processing

To complement the recent immigration of premium processing for employment-based immigrant petitions, the immigration agency is now permitting I-140s to be filed simultaneously with I-485s. The I-140 of this filing will be processed through premium processing program, while the I-485 and any concurrently filed employment authorization and travel document applications will be processed pursuant to regular processing time lines. Please note that the beneficiary of the I-485 application must have an immigrant number immediately available to qualify for the concurrent filing.
