USCIS Makes it Easier to Report Address Changes Online

On January 12, 2007, the USCIS announced that all non-U.S. citizens present in the U.S., who are required to notify USCIS of a change of address within 10 days, can now complete and submit Form AR-11 online at http://www.uscis.gov/AR-11. The USCIS will continue to accept change of address forms via mail but the new online system appears to be easier and may prove to be a more efficient way for USCIS to keep up with the millions of address changes they receive per year. USCIS also announced future plans to allow naturalization applicants to also report change of addresses online. Greenberg Traurig will provide any further updates as they become available.
