USCIS Published Final Rule on Increased Filing Fee

On May 30, 2007, USCIS published a final rule regarding increased filing fees for most applications for immigration benefits. The attached fee schedule (pdf) lists the new increased filing fees that will become effective on July 30, 2007.  Anyone who is able to file an application for an immigration benefit may wish to do so as soon as possible to avoid paying the new increased applications fees.   Any applications that arrive at USCIS offices on July 30, 2007, or after must contain the new increased filing fees.
