FBI Security Checks Taking Too Long?

Many individuals have waited more than two, and in some cases, as much as five plus years for the requisite FBI security checks to be completed for them to be granted an immigration benefit, such as U.S. legal permanent residency or U.S. citizenship. In many cases, GT  has partnered with the immigration agencies -- USCIS and legacy INS to resolve these matters; in others, GT has assisted its clients in filing federal writs of Mandamus, compelling the government to act on these severely delayed security checks and adjudicate the underlying applications.
