TRO Extended on No-Match Rules

On October 1, 2007, U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer issued a ten (10) day extension on the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) initially put in place on August 31, 2007. After what seemed a constructive and lengthy two hour Q&A, the Judge extended the TRO for ten days pending a written decision. Greenberg Traurig (GT) represents the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, National Roofing Contractors Association, American Nursery & Landscape Association among other Plaintiffs who brought this lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security. GT will continue to provide the latest updates on the progress of this lawsuit and the impact the Judge's final decision may have on you and your business.
