HR Manager of Columbia Farms Indicted for Knowingly Hiring
"Unauthorized Aliens"
On July 14, 2009, a Grand Jury at the South Carolina District Court
indicted HR manager, Elaine Crump, as well as a complex manager from
Columbia Farms poultry plant on the basis of knowingly hiring
“unauthorized aliens for purposes of employment.” The Case United
