H-1B Cap Update for Fiscal Year 2010

USCIS reports that 46,000 H-1B cap-subject petitions have been counted towards the Regular quota while 20,000 petitions have been received under the Advanced Degree quota.  USCIS will continue to accept cap-subject H-1B petitions filed under both quotas until the statutory limit has been reached. Fiscal Year 2011 will open up for H-1B cap-subject filings again as of April 1, 2010.
