USCIS Announces E-Verify Data Collection Study

A January 6, 2010 notice in the Federal Register announced that USCIS will begin a data collection survey on E-Verify to evaluate how well the program is functioning. The study will consist of a web survey of 2,400 employers using E-Verify and 80 telephone interviews with employer Designated Agents. Comments on the proposed study will be accepted until March 8, 2010.  This is an opportunity for employers to weigh in on concerns as well offer feedback on the E-Verify Program.

Please review the attached Federal Register notice for more information.
