Electronic I-9 Regulation Posted in Federal Register on July 22, 2010

The final rule amending regulations regarding electronic Form I-9 will be published in the Federal Register on July 22, 2010. The regulations, which will go into effect on August 21, 2010, provide for employers, recruiters or referrers for a fee to sign the Form electronically and to retain this form in an electronic format.
