H-1B Cap Count as of December 17th

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reported that as of December 17, 2010, approximately 53,900 H-1B cap-subject petitions counting against the 65,000 quota and 19,700 counting against the 20,000 advanced degree exemption have been receipted.
