Please note: USCIS has received several inquiries regarding Part 6 of the Form I-129, "Certification Regarding the Release of Controlled Technology or Technical Data to Foreign Persons in the United States." Petitioners will not be required to complete Part 6 of Form I-129 until February 20, 2011.
  • USCIS Transformation - USCIS is undertaking an agency-wide effort to move immigration services from a paper-based model to an electronic environment. CIS reports that this Transformation will deliver a simplified, Web-based system for benefit seekers to submit and track their applications. The new, account-based system will provide customers with improved service. It will also enhance USCIS's ability to process cases with greater precision, security, and timeliness.
