H-1B Cap Count as of January 21, 2011

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reported that as of January 21, 2011, approximately 62,800 H-1B cap-subject petitions counting against the 65,000 quota have been receipted. The 20,000 advanced degree exemption has been met.
