Updated H-1B Cap Count

USCIS updated its count of FY2012 cap-subject H-1B petitions and advanced degree cap-exempt petitions that it has received. As of April 15, 2011, approximately 7,100 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted  in by the USCIS. USCIS has receipted in 5,100 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
