State Department releases August 2011 Visa Bulletin

The U.S. Department of State released its August 2011 Visa Bulletin which reflects moderate to little movement in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories for China and India, respectively.  All other countries remain current in the EB-2 category and have progressed nominally in the EB-3 category.
