FY2012 H-1B Cap Count

USCIS announced that as of 7/1/2011, approximately 19,000 H-1B Cap-Subject petitions were receipted at USCIS.  Additionally, USCIS has receipted approximately 12,200 H-1B Petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.  Please click here for the official announcement.
