FY2012 H-1B Cap Count

USCIS announced that as of July 29, 2011, approximately 22,700 H-1B Cap-Subject petitions were receipted at USCIS.  Additionally, USCIS has receipted approximately 13,800 H-1B Petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
