H-1B Cap Count as of August 12, 2011

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has rU.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reported that as of August 12, 2011, approximately 25,300 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. USCIS has receipted 14,700 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.
