H-1B Cap Count as of September 9, 2011

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reported that as of September 9, 2011, approximately 32,200 H-1B cap-subject petitions were receipted. USCIS has receipted 16,700 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees. For more information on the FY 2012 H-1B cap season, please visit the USCIS website.
